November 11^th, 2021    Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd. (Head office: Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, President: Shigehiro Komaru) and Komaru Koutsu Foundation (Chief Director: Shigeihiro Komaru) held a traffic safety seminar on trucks for 40 drivers at Isuzu Motors Kyushu Limited in Fukuoka Prefecture on November 10th.

In response to a request from the Fukuoka Prefectural Police Headquarters to improve drivers' awareness of traffic safety through safety education and initiatives to eradicate vehicle accidents, we conducted a lecture on risk prediction in the form of discussion using images from drive recorders, and on the attitude and knowledge of safe driving using actual vehicles.

Komaru Koutsu Foundation was founded on September 9th, 2013 to promote traffic safety awareness, hosting various traffic safety lectures in Elementary schools across Japan and carrying out educational activities to prevent traffic accidents. Furthermore, a Japanese composition speech contest is being held in oversea to provide opportunities for presenting Japanese language education, experience cultural exchange and spreads awareness of traffic safety.
