The signing ceremony took place at USSH-VNUHCM in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Mr. Shigehiro Komaru, President of Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd., held a ceremony to celebrate the completion of the Lithuanian Exhibition Hall at the Honorary Consulate-General of the Republic of Lithuania in Fukuyama. The completion ceremony opened in attendance with the Ambassadors of three countries including H.E. Dr. Aurelijus Zykas, the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to Japan, and Mr. Naoki Edahiro, the Mayor of Fukuyama City.
