November 25^th, 2021    Kyushu Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd. (Head office: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture President: Shigehiro Komaru), a group company of Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd. (Head office: Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture President: Shigehiro Komaru), and Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture, signed an "Agreement on the Transportation of Goods in Times of Disaster" and held a signing ceremony on November 24th. At the signing ceremony, Mr. Yuji Tsukigata, Mayor of Itoshima City, and President Komaru of our company signed the agreement.

The agreement is designed to strengthen the disaster response capabilities by transporting relief supplies to evacuation centers and assisting in the operation of transportation bases in the event of a natural disaster.

The Fukuyama Transporting Group, as a designated public organization, has been conducting support activities mainly in the transportation of relief supplies in times of disaster, and will continue to contribute to the safety and security of local communities, also fulfill its social responsibility as a truck transportation business operator.
