This exhibition is the grand finale of the FUKUYAMA CASTLE EXPO 2022.
At the donation ceremony, President Komaru handed the catalog to Mr. Naoki Edahiro, Mayor of Fukuyama, and received certification of appreciation. Mr. Masaaki Miyoshi, chairman of the Fukuyama-city Board of Education, also expressed strong support and gratitude.
Shibuya Ikueikai was established in June 1985 to support child education. Since then, the foundation has been working on a scholarship project for high school and university students, support for educational institutions, community groups that promote culture, local authorities that conduct healthy upbringing activities for youth, and children and students unable to attend school. Furthermore, to nurture rich sensibilities, we have invited elementary and junior high school students around Fukuyama city every year to hold concerts by the NHK Symphony Orchestra since 2013.
