Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd. received a notice from the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "TSE") on July 9, 2021, and confirmed that it complies with the continued listing criteria for the "Prime Market".
Based on these results, the Board of Directors of the Company at a meeting held on November 10, 2021 selected the "Prime Market" as the new market segment and applied for selection of the new market segment to the TSE on December 17, 2021.
