September 24^th, 2020    Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture: President: Shigehiro Komaru, hereinafter, Fukuyama Transporting) and Komaru Traffic Safety Foundation (Chairman: Shigehiro Komaru, hereinafter, Komaru Traffic Safety Foundation) collaborated with the Hiroshima Prefectural Police Headquarters. Co-sponsored by the Highway Traffic Police Corps of the Ministry of Transportation as part of its in Nitori ave "Autumn National Traffic Safety Campaign", a traffic safety street activity "No Traffic Accident Campaign" was held on September 23 at the Sanyo Expressway Miyajima Service Area.

At this campaign site, leaflets with information on the prevention of traffic accidents and pears from Hiroshima prefecture were distributed to locals as a call to “pair (pear) together” to promote traffic safety.

The "Autumn National Traffic Safety Campaign" is held to spread the word of implementing, observing and practicing traffic safety measures to become a habit to the general public. Activities are aimed at thoroughly preventing traffic accidents. Since 2013, Fukuyama Transporting has organized and implemented those campaigns to distribute traffic safety leaflets together with pears to “pair” together for no traffic accidents.
