Introduction of AI Interviewer

Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd. will introduce an "AI Interviewer" for the first round of new graduate recruitment interviews starting in November 2024, with full-scale operation beginning in February 2025.



February 6th, 2025    As of November 2024, Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture; President: Shigehiro Komaru) has introduced the "AI Interviewer" for the first round of interviews for new graduates, with full-scale operations set to begin in February 2025.

The "AI Interviewer" is a system in which an AI conducts interviews with applicants, analyzes the video during the interviews, and evaluates candidates objectively from various perspectives. The system can identify even the precise details that human interviewers might overlook, allowing for a more accurate assessment of each candidate's strengths and aptitudes. Human resource managers can thoroughly review the recorded data, helping to refine the selection process further.

This system implementation will allow applicants to participate in interviews without time and location constraints, enhancing convenience. It will also reduce the workload for recruiters in each region, lower personnel costs, and improve time efficiency.
