Tokyo, Japan - December 13th, 2017    Logistics company Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd., (Registered office Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture; President - Shigehiro Komaru) has completed construction of its Fukuyama Kita Distribution Center at Ekiyacho, Fukuyama City in Hiroshima Prefecture. The Fukuyama Kita Distribution Center, the company's largest in western Japan, began operations on December 13.

The Fukuyama Kita Distribution Center's location at the heart of the western Japan area affords it wide coverage from the Chubu region to Kyushu. It also provides easy access to the Sanyo Expressway Fukuyama East Interchange, the JR Fukuyama East freight terminal, and the Port of Fukuyama International Container Terminal, offering a diverse range of logistics services to meet customers' needs.

With the distribution center in operation, Fukuyama Transporting can offer customers an integrated transport service combining ocean freight, warehousing and delivery to final destination.
