May 31^th, 2024    Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture; President: Shigehiro Komaru) held the completion ceremony for renewed automatic sorting machines at Fukuoka Distribution Center on May 31st.

Strategically located with excellent access to downtown Fukuoka, Fukuoka Airport, and Hakata Port, the Fukuoka Distribution Center is a crucial hub for the northern Kyushu area. The newly installed machines will double the existing sorting capacity by introducing a state-of-the-art cross-belt sorter equipped with a gravimetric conveyor and a four-stage telescopic conveyor. This upgrade will significantly increase work efficiency and reduce labor by lightening the employee workload.
