Fourth Medium-Term
Management Plan
Learn more about Fukuyama Transporting.
Given the results from the previous three medium-term management plans conducted in the past, Fukuyama Transporting (Herein after referred to as "the Group") will implement the fourth medium-term management plan starting in 2018, which coincides with the Company's 70th anniversary of establishment.
Furthermore, on the final year of the plan are the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic events. For the Group, the next 3 years will be the years that will become the bridgehead to the future, handing passing the torch to the new generation, and ultimately becoming a Century-old corporation.
The new medium-term management plan will inherit some of the goals from the previous medium-term management plans, such as increasing Shareholder satisfaction, and improving company values.
In order to adapt to the ever-changing social constructs due to decreasing birth rates and population aging, the Group will strive to sustainably improve company values by focusing on "ESG+ES" (Environment, Social, Governance, and Employee Satisfaction).
