September 5^th, 2022    Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture; Shigehiro Komaru, President & CEO) has concluded a contract with Japan Post Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo;, President & CEO Mr. Kazuhide Kinugawa; hereinafter "Japan Post") to handle e-commerce packages. In October 2014, Fukuyama Transporting and Japan Post concluded an outsourcing contract for the delivery of packages to individuals in the 23 wards of Tokyo. The agreement was concluded in order to meet the demands of customers in the expanding EC market. Under this agreement, packages collected from all over Japan by Fukuyama Transporting will be consolidated at the Tokyo Main Branch and Osaka Main Branch and delivered to the New Tokyo Post Office and New Osaka Post Office, respectively, for delivery by Japan Post as Yu-pack. In addition, for the convenience of customers, dedicated packing slips that can be used by both companies have been issued for iSTAR-2, Fukuyama Transporting' shipping support system, and various systems have been linked. We will continue to expand our delivery locations and further improve our transportation services to meet the needs of our customers.
