March 30^th, 2023    Kanto Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President: Masayuki Yagino), a group company of Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd. (Head office: Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture; President: Shigehiro Komaru), and Sosa City (Chiba Prefecture) concluded an "Agreement on the Transportation of Goods in the Event of a Disaster” on March 27. Sosa City Mayor Mr. Yasuyuki Miyauchi and President Yagino signed the agreement.

This agreement intends to strengthen disaster response capabilities by transporting relief supplies to evacuation centers and assisting in the operation of supply base facilities when a disaster occurs.

As a designated public institution, Fukuyama Transporting Group engages in disaster relief activities by primarily supporting goods transportation. We will continue to contribute to the safety and security of the local community and fulfill its social responsibility as a trucking firm.
