March 1^th, 2022    Fukuyama Transporting Co., LTD. (Head Office: Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture; President: Shigehiro Komaru) held a safety ceremony on February 28 to pray for the construction of its Yachiyo Branch (Yachiyo City, Chiba Prefecture), which is scheduled for completion in September 2023.

The Yachiyo Branch will be a logistics terminal that combines distribution processing and storage operations in addition to pickup and delivery operations. In order to improve work efficiency and reduce manpower, the Yachiyo Branch will promote the creation of a comfortable working environment by enhancing material handling equipment, including automatic baggage sorting equipment.

By improving pickup and delivery services in Chiba Prefecture and strengthening logistics functions, we will meet the diversifying needs of our customers.
