DX is not merely limited to the streamlining of operations and labor-saving; it is positioned as a management strategy for achieving improvement of customer satisfaction and the creation of new value.
We will actively promote leading edge initiatives such as the sophistication of the operations management system and warehouse operations, the establishment of a system for safe vehicle operations, and the improvement of business through data analysis.
Furthermore, we will also focus on education and training so that all employees can utilize digital technology in a practical way, and everyone from the frontlines to management will work together to promote DX.
